Due to the Large amount of Spam being Circulated and the many new Viruses that are sending Mass E-mails, some of our customers are experiencing Large Volumes of Mail that is prohibiting them from Reading their Mail and Cleaning their Mail Box.  We are also having a lot of customers complaining that when they send an e-mail to a Hot Mail address they get many Bounces showing errors from Hot Mail.  They are aware of the problem, and hopefully they will address the problem.  If you are having trouble Receiving mail your mail box may be Full of Trash, Spam and or Rejected Messages.  To help clean it up we recommend you try the Browser Mail and Choose either Shipley or Sr66.  You may also call us and we can assist you by resetting your Mail Box.  Our normal accounts have a quota of 5 Mb included with the account.  We have been lax on enforcing the Limit.  Effective immediately we will monitor all mail Boxes that exceed 5 Mb.  If a Message is over 20 days old you will receive a message notifying you that the messages will be deleted when they reach 30 Days.  All messages over 30 Days old will be deleted.  Our Spam Blocker now has a proven Track Record of eliminating the Mass Spam, and at the end of October we will no longer offer the Spam Trial for free.
